My mother, in trying to refinance her home to a lower payment contacted this mortgage company, who advertized as affordable housing. My mother is 78 years old and a widow. This company talked her into paying fees up front. The initial fee was supposed to be $3060.00. This company deducted $3500.00 from her account electronically. There has been nothing done on this mortgage refinance to date, in fact when she called to question the charge, and when she would receive papers to start the loan procedure she was told never to call them again. This is reprehensible, for a mortgage company to solicit funds from a senior citizen. This company is located at 3115 So. Quince Suite 130, Chandler AZ 85248. I am currently trying to contact the proper government offices that would act on this fraudulent activity. As it stand now 3 of her children including myself are making half of her mortgage payment. When her original lender was contacted to help her with this mortgage they offered nothing, that was Bank of America. A. Davis
