I asked for the trial pack and gave them my card details to pay £4.95. I sent back the sample and cancelled the order. I was given a long reference number as proof but the have debited my account three times to the amount above. Obviously I have found that it is a great scam as have lots of other people. I am going to contact my bank and do what is necessary but would like some advice as to how to obtain a refund.
