We purchased an Essence Festival package through Harris Travel agency/Tyra Cobb and are having a really difficult time getting the final details of our trip. We were recently informed that we don't even have:
- a hotel reservation (2 rooms)
- a return flight
- shuttle service
- mid-day cruise
and all of our monies have been paid to Harris Travlel since March! Tyra's certification number is CLIA# 00418003 and her website is http://www.harris-travelagency.com/About-Us.html. Please help us remediate this matter promptly as we are supposed to depart on Thursday, June 30th. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

- Tyra got us to. Do you have an email address so I can contact you...there are several groups of us that have been trying to resolve this same matter.

Based on information provided here today, it looks like Ms. Cobb is in fact giving people the run-a-round. She made reservations at our hotel and sent our company a check payment that bounced. She stated she would contact us (the following after we contacted her) to rectify the situation, but after a week, no response. In addition, when she was questioned about the invalid check payment, she ignored our emails. When we mailed final notices to her company's addresses (there were 2), the notices were - strangely enough - mailed back to our company. Our company is in the process of filing suit against this individual and her company for fraud. Any information (i.e. actual written proof and documentation) will help in this matter. Please also note: Ms. Cobb had a Facebook page, but - strangely enough again - it was taken down most recently.

- If Ms. Cobb is in fact reading this, our company DOES have a photo copy of your face as well as detailed information. We strongly advise you turn yourself in and return all funds back to the individuals you scammed.
