Around May of 2011, I joined SDS Money School:

I participated in the 20% monthly plan
the 4 month plan and the 12 month plan.

Here is part of an e-mail I received from Catherine Shoff,
assistant to Dennis Gerron:
We also have a Co-op that will let you put in from 100.00- 100,000.00 for a 4 month (leave funds in for the whole 4 months) and earn 2 and half times your deposit and also a 12 month plan (leave funds in for
the full 12 months) and earn 8 times your deposit...You will get a Promissory Note for that also..
We have many members that do all 3, the monthly, 4 month and the 12 month...
You can let us know which option/options are good for you...



Through SDS Money School,

I had loan Mr. Dennis Gerron $2,400.00 for the 4 month.

I was to receive $6,000.00 at maturity or I could
re-loan $2,400.00 and receive $3,600.00.

I chose to re-loan $2,400.00.

I have a note from him, dated August 31, 2011.

I did get pay in January in the amount of $3,600.

I re-loaned $2,400.00 which was due in May of 2012.

I never got that payment.


I have another 4 month note in favor of my
daughter-in-law.
I loaned $300.00 and was to receive $750.00
at maturity.

I have the note date February 29, 2012
which was due in June of 2012.

I have not received the payment.

I have a 12 month note, in the amount
of $1,000.00. I was to receive $8,000.00
at maturity.
The note is dated July 31, 2011.

I have not received the payment.

I have sent e-mail to Mr. Gerron
as well as to his assitant Mrs
Catherine Schoff, aksing if I could receive
something, anything, from those
unpaid notes.

I did receveive mass email that
Mr. Gerron send to all his
members, but none of the email
ever mentioned my past due notes.
