I like others ordered this product based on what I thought was a legitimate connection to Dr. Oz's show. I understood that what I purchased was a trial that I would be paying for shipping. The product came as promised but then my account was charged $79.99 and $79.98 for the Lip Slim Extreme and the Natural Cleanse. I called to question this billing and they stated that it was in the contrat of the free trial. I called one of the numbers from posted to my account and didn't get a answer. I then got a person named "Anthony". I explained my unhappiness with their deceptive practices and even referenced the many complaints from this website. He put me on hold for a minute and then came back on to tell me that he can offer me a 50% discount and that it would be in my account in 3-5 business days. He gave me a cancellation and said I would get a confirmation email that both accounts were cancelled. I asked if my credit card information was given out to any other companies and he said "absolutely not" but I imagine I would be naive to believe this as well. I can't believe I fell for this scam! Beware!!!
