This company "baited and switched" prices. I emailed them immediately to cancel the order. I received no reply. I received the package and sent it back unopened. I also emailed the company again telling them of their error. When I received my credit card bill, I had been charged for the trial size PLUS a full price for another full sized product I never received nor did I order. I called them, was on hold for 2 hours listening to creepy music. I hung up and called again the next day and actually got an answer. I explained the deal. The girl said I would be reimbursed but not for the trial size.I called my credit card company and they had not received any reimbursement. They agreed to refute the charges. Then today I received ANOTHER package from Beach Ready that I did not order. I will be returning it to sender unopened in the morning.
