I applied for a payday loan with another company that obviously sent my information to all sorts of other companies, including Hydra Financial. I received the funds on 12-14-12 now that I look back in my bank records, however, I received a request for my signature on 12-30-12 stating that my loan would be due on 1-4-12. I just called my bank and it is too late to stop payment on this payment, however, I will quickly dispute it.
I thought I was crazy and/or missed accidentally signing something until I came to this site. It is amazing how many people this has happened to.
