Made a reservation on line for one hotel night, for middle of Feb 2013. Website says "pay on arrival,or departure"
They asked for credit card details, which I figured was guarantee, not proceeding with charge.
Upon checking my card I discovered it had been charged immediately. I have contacted the company to question this , 3by 3 emails. No response to any.
I contacted the hotel direct to confirm they did have a reservation
And I do, however they have not received any payment to date.
This is not acceptable and do not plan to use this company again.
