I was connected to this company from another company that was actually posing as Dell Inc, upon being transferred to this company I repeated asked them if they were in fact Microsoft they repeated yes they were a direct division of Microsoft. I was to receive an email from them with their terms and conditions and charges to which I have yet to receive. They supposedly provide 24/7 tech support Monday through Saturday. Upon calling them December 28th got a message machine stating I would receive a call back within 12 to 24 hours. Well today is December 3rd and received a message on my other phone line this a.m.Mind you this is 6 days later! So much for 24/7 support. Also my computer had a bios error 3 days after they worked on my system so I again contacted Dell, (this time I actually got the real Dell, Inc) this is when I found out I had a serious problem. This company totally messed up my registry! Dell couldn't access my computer, I could not download anything from the internet, not from CNET couldn't even download another browser everything was blocked by internet explorer. This company literally was so untruthful about who they really were, DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are based out of Markham, Ontario but all their support is coming out of India!!

  • Hi my name is Taran Arora and I am the Manager working with online helpdesk 247 . I just have to inform you about the customer who filed this complaint , the name of the customer is Cheryl Lombardi and we rec'd the call from her in last week of december when she had some problem with her computer. Our policy is that we never charge our customers before we fix the problem and same thing was told to her as well , her computers were fixed and later on when our billing team tried to charge her card the card got declined and you can check this with her bank as well and since the card was declined it means she never became our customer and she kept on calling the customer service team and requesting for customer id and confirmation email which can't be sent to someone who is not a customer with the company and this thing could not be communicated to her by our customer service team to her as the billing department was closed because of the christmas break and if we talk about representing ourself as dell we never do that as when someone sign up with our company when provide them a pdf form where its clearly mentioned that we are an independent company and its cleary mentioned on our website as well that we are an independent unit so there is no point representing our selves as dell or microsoft and its quite understandable that if the payment is declined there is no company who can provide free support.
