I checked my bank account on 1/2/2013 . and seen I had a negitive balance when researchin my accout I found a charge for a pre-authized debit of 34.95. And my online banking statement gave me this information: PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT

19626: and now that they have caused a negitive balance in my checkin they can refund the 34.95 they charged but can not refund the 30 dollars my bank charges me for a NSF fee. Which is a lie they can replace money in someones account. And they also say they dont have my bank info but yet they are the account verification department ! and cant tell me what supposed lender they work for ! Something needs to be done this is a scam on workin people who live pay check to pay check ! THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED !
