International boundaries

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 18th Dec. Ended up being delivered on 19th Dec via courier. Flowers were poor quality and full of greenery instead of flowers.
Phoned and was promised a replacement bunch by the end of the week - didn't turn up.
Called twice more and was transferred to Canada. Was abused by the customer service officer there as there was a delay and was abused for 'speaking over the top of her' when I actually wasn't - just had a delay due to distance.
That person also hung up on me.
Waste of time and money purchasing through Bloomex!
