Ordered two netbooks fully loaded with accessories received items after xmas after paking extra for me to receive before xmas. Received them could not connect them to anything. Called back and forth and emailed until i finally got somebody which that was Jan or Feb then i had to call back to get rma number because i never receive it and finally obtained everything i needed for return. Was supposed to set up for an exchange but then then they wanted send a 35dollar money order for exchange shipping. Since then i haven't been able to reach anyone and also tried to get my money back thru my bank and then were unable to reach anyone to get my money back. Thought that the bank was supposed to help protect you from things like. guess i was wrong
