The date does not allow to back up. My cousin died 12/22/12. 3 phone calls to arrange pick up. Misleading info between Hospital and Smart Cremation. Many phone calls and many replacement people in the administrative part of this company. The are behaving like they are in a crisis mode and are overwhelmed. For lack of action, I'm having my cousin's body picked up, when we can find out where it is, and handled by Ivy Lawn Cemetery in Ventura. I don't have the stress level to fight about a return of money. I just want my cousin taken care of and get away from these people. BEAUTIFUL, PROFESIONAL BROCHURE, 1ST CLASS SALES PITCH AND FROM THERE IT IS ALL DOWN HILL.
