International boundaries
Did not receive merchandise ordered on 12/18/2012. Cannot reach them by e-mail or their website. PayPal sent a confirmation with a Receipt No. Did not pay with PayPal but their receipt states it was to be shipped by ground. When called PayPal they have no record. Of course this was not relayed to me by a real person.
Frustrated! Cannot contact anyone to resolve this problem
