I participated in their Free Trail and received the product after 8 calendar days during the New Year Holiday so I never had a chance to try the product and was told that the Trial begins from the moment you order the product. It is not right to include the shipping time as part of trial leaving me with only 2 days to try and cancel the trial. I feel they are unfair and using deceptive business policy to take money from innocent people. I should have Googled the company first and see all the complaints that would have saved me time and money from dealing with such bad/deceptive businesses.
