Ordered the free sample on christmas day, just pay £6.99 postage and thats it, sounds great. Then they email you confirming your order. Please read their email fully because in it they tell you they are entering you into their reffil program where they send you refils at an extortionate price every 15 days. Are they (Inappropriate Content Removed) crazy, at no point before hand do you realise they are going to do this to you, and if you new, who in there right mind would sign up to such an expensive scheme. Trouble now is they have you hooked, if you did not read fully their cconfirmation email then the first you know is you recieve refils and money is taken from your bank without you even knowing. How they still get away with this beggers belief. As i say i was cought out on christmas day, luckily i fully read their confirmation email so realised straight away their scam. My advice, ring the 0845 help line they give, and when you eventualy get through, stay calm, do not rant and rave or they will hang up i am sure, explain you are a pensioner, have no money in the bank and live on benifits, plead poverty and explain in a calm way you need out of it, you do not want anything from them and you want to cancel your trial sample. After 10 mins on phone they agreed they would cancel free sample, cancel my whole account and i would hear no more from them. They even sent me an email confirming that my whole acc had been canceled. That was boxing day, on the 28th Dec they took money from my acc, i phoned them back on the 0845 number, hung on for 45 ming to get through, i advise you to hang on until you get through, 0845 is a cheap rate number so no great expence there. eventualy got through, explained what happened and they confirmed they made mistake and would refund money, would not send trial sample and acc was indeed canceled. Still awaiting refund, and pray they are true to their word. Not worried about £6.99, as long as that puts end to this nightmare. As i say ring that number and do not put phone down until they confirm they have canceled, and ask for confirmation email, and keep it safe you may still need it in future. And here is one more point to bare in mind, since placing my order for free ecig brand, i have been bombarded with emails from the states offering me everything from loans, credid cards, just about everything you can imagine, maybe 100 emails every day all from the states, surely they have passed my details to the web somehow. Anybody have similar experiences would love to know.
