After termination of serviice, Phoenix Copy Services came to our office and repossed half of the machine without any kind of notice, which is totally illegal, they were incredibly rude on the phone and in their emails. In addition to that they would not negotiate in good faith and basically held our equipment hostage. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

- Did you own the machines or were they leased or still being financed from Phoenix? If they were they had every right to come get them.
