I was checking to see if there were any 24 hour loans available and according to the Representative, I checked a box saying I had a business on the loan application. He said that signed me up for a loan for my business. Well, I don't recall any of this and I never responded to accept any loans or accepted any loan on line. Once I saw it was a business loan, I realized I didn't have a business and didn't want a $7,000 loan. Here is where I stopped.

The representative said it would take 1-21 days to refund my money and gave me a confirmation number and hung up before I could write it down. I never asked him why he didn't deposit the $7,000 but charged me $99. He was so arrogant and condescending and asked me if I was looking for a loan and did I check that box. I said I never finished any applicaion despite the e-mails and and ignored phone calls. Then he told me he had my compuer's IP number but if I felt they stole $99 from me I should call the police. I said I just wanted my $99 back. That was when he said it was refunded but I doubt I'll ever see it again and won't make my bills because of the spiral this $99 ha started.
