I signed up to be an affiliate with Affiliate X. I was told that I would start earning money within five days. I needed assistance but there is no phone number, I requested a refund but I never received it. Reno Van Boven the owner of Affiliate X also owns Getresponse. I attempetd several times to get a refund but, there site would not allow me. I managed to cancel to day on the 31 of December, but, I was to late, I had already been charged another $15.00. They do not give refunds. I feel that I was scamed he owns Affiliate X and GetResponse but, I got sloppy service. I said to the lady in sales that you all just took my money because they billed me to early and they don't give refunds, and she laughed and said that's right,that really burned me up.

It's a scam, I have invested about $100.00 and I have nothing to show for it.

    There is some confusion here. Reno Van Boven is not the owner of GetResponse as you state. Simon Grabowski founded GetResponse and remains our CEO. Our management/ownership team is detailed here: http://www.getresponse.com/about-us/leadership-team.html.

    The GetResponse billing department did indeed issue you a refund.

    It appears you are confusing GetResponse and Afilliate X as the same company and this is not the case.

    Calls to our customer care centre are monitored/recorded; we listened to both calls you made to us and at no time did anyone treat you in any way other than a professional manor. Most certainly at no time during either of these calls did any GetResponse representative laugh at you. This is not something we would ever consider acceptable.

    Our customer care representative explained to you in email that Affiliate X is not associated with GetResponse other than as an affiliate. In the email we also requested that you provide us with further information regarding any concerns you have about this affiliate so that we may follow up. We expect our affiliates to conduct themselves in a considerate and professional manor.
