This is a group that claims to teach art classes as an after-school program.
Parents beware: They do not do background checks! They charge parents nearly $100 for classes and do not provide trained artists as teachers.
Potential employees beware: They ask you to sign a non-compete agreement for a part-time teaching position and if you sign it, they have the right to sue you and bill you for their legal fees if you directly or INDIRECTLY engage in any type of art teaching for 2 years. As a part-time employee, you are only paid $25 per class but are expected to learn the material, practice in advance, and provide your own digital equipment and transportation to each facility but you will not get paid for your additional time.
This company is set up like a pyramind scheme and has huge potential risks for the children involved and potential employees.

- I was just fired from this company after only working three times. I had to go teach at a Christian school while I have tattoos, which I covered up except for the elephant on my neck. The head administer didn't like it and fueled her to spread lies about my teaching, things that she could have no way of knowing because she was never in my class to see me teach. Ross, the boss of the Elgin IL location didn't even give me a chance. You would think the professional thing for a boss to do would be to watch me teach a class and see for himself.
