They state 18 day trial, unfortunately that day starts on the day you order which doesn't correspond with date on packing list. I called on 18th day but was told item ordered 2 days prior the date on packing list. I finally agreed to pay reduced price of $39.95-after arguing with the rep for 20 mins-I was told it was too late to return-then they charged me the $89.95 (instead of the promised $39.95) for a product that caused my skin to turn red in areas and itch.
