They promised the real bag and said the were the outlet and had copyrights and when I received the bag it was vinyl and total knock off. They are giving me total runaround they said they do 100% refunds but its like pulling teeth I dont think that is going to happen have been scammed, Then box said shoes were enclosed so they lied about what they were sending . So they are in trouble with customs for sending knockoff products and US Post office. Because I will not them get away with this any more .

- They have emailed me back and want me to pay shipping and and 6 % restocking fee. I refuse to pay fee and shipping when defrauded me in the first place. I want total credit. They lied on shipping form about what they were shipping. Product was totally misrepresented . I think I deserve full credit no Deductions. That is what I told them still waiting for a reply. I think that is only right.
