Dodo disconnected my service without any sms notification or warning. I phoned today and I ended up having to pay $90 each month totalling $180 for 2 months of usage.

This was meant to be a $30 a month plan, and they never called or sms which is how they know I normally receive their information and instead disconnected me on NEW YEARS.

You cant speak to anyone there after 6 or 7 at night. So too bad if your inconvenienced as I was over an entire weekend, (so goodness knows how many calls I missed and now think Im disconnected.) I was not able to speak to anyone until at 10am on Monday, where I was then on the phone for over an hour and it took me talking to 4 people. I said all I was prepared to pay for 2 months usage at the most was $150 and then the operator wanted to twist what I offered, and say that was a down payment. I had many different versions told to me to justify why they want $180 for 2 months on a $30 a month plan.

This company are rip off merchants, and clearly from what Im seeing on the internet about them abusing older people and my own past experience of being harassed with hang ups after I turned down a Dodo telemarketer.

I swear this entire contract time with this company has been horrendous. I think I have paid more for a thirty dollar a month plan than I have ever anywhere and it doesn't even include a handset or my using any data.

These guys are crooks, and because they can affect your credit file they get away with it.
