I ordered a baby bag for my daughter-in-law and the bag looked nothing like the bag that I ordered. The zipper was cheaply made and the Coach tag was metal - so I emailed them and they said that it was their shipping company's mistake and that I would need to mail the bag back and then they would get me the right bag. I am not sending them the bag back because I still would not probably get the bag that I ordered and would still have to pay the shipping costs for me to get it. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice - NOT GONNA HAPPEN - this may just be one of those things that I have to chalk up as a bad experience and got scammed but if I can let others out there know about this company, we can try to shut them down!
