We hired Clear creek to help us solve a 2009 audit issue and they did nothing for us. From the beginning they have had issues with getting our POA's submitted to the IRS because they couldn't read them & this has happened 2x. We went to see a CPA to get our taxes amended & the CPA told us that Clear Creek as of Dec 8 still had not submitted the POA's. This has been 3 months that they have had our money & done nothing. Clear Creek also did not even look over the issues that were brought up by the IRS and instead right into the settlement arrangement which was offered to us. That settlement would have been $100 a month for 10 years when the collection statute runs out so instead of owing the IRS 36,000$ we could get away with 12,000$ and that was how Clear Creek was gonna save us. The CPA went through our taxes & submitted the proper paperwork with in week of our original visit and now our tax liability is under $3000. I have written Clear Creek numerous letters about their service & our money with no avail.
