A year ago I bought 2 pairs of boots online and mailed to Russia. It turned out, that both of them had defects. This year the boots were brought back, and 6 p.m. agreed to make a refund. I mailed the boots in a big box 2 different orders. For one pair of boots I got a refund, but the second one was lost in 6 p.m.I showed the receipt, but they want a tracking number. The weight of the parcel proves, that there was more than 1 pair in the box. in the 6p.m. return policy there is nothing about tracking number.
