I borrowed 300.00 from this company back in June 2012 in which they are to debit a finance charge a total of 3 times then start a pay down as of to date they are still debiting the full finance charge 89.00 bi weekly from my account and when i call them they say my account is in collections and connect me with some unknown company who keeps transfering me around..

- They're crooks. The terms that they explain to you before you agree, are NOT what are stated in the paperwork you later receive. I'm just glad I caught this in time. My finance charge is $90, and that is the minimum payment as well. Even though it's difficult, I will be paying off the full amount of $390 on the due date next week, because if I didn't, I would be charged $90/week, that would NOT be applied towards the total due. I couldn't believe it when I looked at the schedule. If I went by their payment schedule, (that was NOT explained on the phone whatsoever), I would wind up paying over $1200 for a $300 loan. Will never do this again unless it's an absolute emergency, and I know for a fact that I will be able to pay the full amount back at one time the day it is due. Beware, and be advised.
