well i kept getting calls from this company for a hole month harrasing me. then i did not wanted this companie to keep calling so finally on 08-31-2011 i representative call ketp telling me to buy this phone it's great its going to be free no charge. sound it good not paying for a phone bill every month. currently i have a cell phone with company Tmobile and i pay $50 monthly. first she told me that i need to pay $199.00 dollar. then i was like almost $200, i was little suspicious because that's four payment's of my monthly cellphone bill. well so i procide and and say yes.
when the phone arrive that phone was not in good condition, look like it had been used, also the phone was very old. I was unhappy already, two hundred dollar's for this. no way!!.
when I called to activate the phone the representative told me that i need it to pay $100.00 for activation fee. meanwhile during all this time this was the first time that i even hear of this. I was so angry i even cried. I was like, i already gave this company $199.00 four month's from my monthly cellphone bill, and to pay another two months it would be just crazy!!! my emotion's were going mad.
I would say that i was i very unsatesfy costumer.
So i decided i dont's want this product more. and like any normal company i would be able to sent the product back and get my money back. then the reprensentative from Hispanic global way said told that i could not get refund. that just was the las drop.
i swear i cry to him on the phone. I did not know what todo next so, i came to this website to make sure that no one should go to the extreme of being harrast by a company's which sales are a fraud and play with your emotion until until the point to make cried.
