i would like to know as i received my trial sample last week and been charged me one time. As far as I was concern all I was doing is order a free sample trial for the cost of only the shipping of 4.95$ for Veloura and 4.95$ for BellaGenix... but lately in my credit card statement, another payment been made of USD199.90 for both product. And i wonder what is this for???? Called bank to check on the sudden debit and requested to call up the merchant and as i tried to call up, the phone is invalid. How can merchant allowed to debit out without me further order for any product.
