I orderd a dress from thier website and paid online, at the same day I cancelled my orderd for urgent cases I faced, and the policy of refunds as per shown in their website that they will return money during 7 - 20 days (which is very strange ) I did wait , & contact them by emails more than 12 emails they only answered on the cancellation emails, but refunding my money they ignored me and til noe ( 52 days ) no reply at all , or even respect my emails .
they are the worst company I ever dealed with at all.
by the way ( they are a chinese company in china not Italian at all )
