We were applying for an online payday loan and this company popped up after we entered our information for the loan. It said you have been approved, and then it said pay $89 application fee and was never excepted. Our account was debited on 12/27/12 for the said $89 which put our account in the hole $43. We did not want to pay for something to get a payday loan. Have called the company and left a voicemail. Received a return call from company on 12/28/12 and when we asked to speak with a manager were hung up on. They wanted us to give them our account information again, submit a form for a refund and send them a copy from our account showing they debitted the amount. We just want our money back and this account that was opened without our permission to be closed. acct #14789995.
