I am reporting a fraud complaint against Franklin Bell and The Federated Allocation Bureau, located at 3280 Sunrise HWY, PMB 63, Wantagh, NY 11793-4024. I received letters via US mail stating, "we are currently holding AWARD DISTRIBUTION documents in the name of:(my name) undistributed Award File 60000577911." ETC,Etc.
I was instructed to sign my name on the second page and enclose a fee of $20.00 plus postage, which I did in the form of a $20.00 money order, some three months ago. To date, I have had no response at all. How can I get a refund of my money and the cost of a money order and postage which came to: $21.29
