I RECENTLY DID AN ONLINE WEB CASH ADVANCE PAYDAY LOAN APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AGO. LOOKING OVER MY ACCOUNT ONLINE I NOTICED A CHECK WITHDRAW THAT DID NOT STATE A BUSINESS NAME IT ONLY STATED CHK# 99570 WITHDRAW AND TRANSACTION CHK#99570. THE AMOUNT WAS FOR $30.00. I IMMEDIATELY KNEW SOMETHING WAS OFF ABOUT IT BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE CHECKS WITH MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, ONLY A DEBIT CARD. SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY BANK AND THEY GAVE ME THE NAME OF PACIFIC ADVANCES THEY WERE THE ONES THAT WITHDREW THE $30.00. SHE TOLD ME THEY MAY HAVE ATTACHED THEMSELVES TO THE BOOTOM OF THE WEB LOAN IN SMALL PRINT THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF. AND NOW THAT THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION THEY WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE CHECKS ON MY ACCOUNT, SHE ALSO INFORMED THAT THE ONLY PROTECTION I HAVE NOW IS TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND RE-OPEN ANOTHER ONE AND FILL A DISPUTE FORM WITHIN THE BANK.
