company offered their services on line and i accepted @$149.95. their services were unable to correct my problem and they refered me to another company who also could not correct my problem and they refund my fee. On 11/07/12 i requested askpcexperts for services for my wife's computer $199.95 again, they were unable to fix her problems-- have been unable to contact askpcexperts for refund. How can they be contacted?
