I received a letter in the mail from this scam debt collection company. Invoice for 900 service listed below. Service provider ATS, call date 09/07/12,time 15:39:17,service personals,billable minutes 00:08, amount charged $24.00, amount due $32.40.
Please note that though the above reference 900 services were provided via your local telephone service, your local carrier did not bill you for these charges, The invoice will serve as your notice for payment. If this invoice is not paid it may be subject to subsequent collection action.

Right, my local carrier did not bill me for the charges because this call was never made! I will be contacting local Consumer Fraud division of my local police department and the District Attorney. What a crock.

- Shut this business down & fine them to the fullest extent. This is a complete fraud/scam operation. I will not pay a fee for something I never did!
