AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT OF THE $49.95 THE SENT ME AND ID AND PASSWORD THAT DOESNT WORK. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REFUND AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE JUST INSISTING NOT TO GIVE UP THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND TO RETRY AGAIN IN 2 HOURS AND THAN THEY WOULD UPRADE ME TO VIP MEMBER STATUS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO SOUNDED AS IF SHE WAS OFFSHORE WOULD NOT LET ME GET A WORD IN AND KEPT TALKING OVER ME.
BOTTOM LINE I KNOW I WONT BE GETTING NO REFUND AND WILL HAVE TO PAY A $31 STOP PAY FEE TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE CHARGES TO MY CARD.
