Ordered a Nikon lens as a X'mas gift. Opened the package on Christmas day and found that AJ Richies shipped me a Canon lens. Sent them an email immediately, no response. Spent the whole morning of the 26th calling the company, once their staff heard about the case, they either transferred me to a full voicemail box, kept me on hold until the line got disconnected, or simply hung up on me. Therefore I contacted my credit card company to dispute payment. AJ Richies finally replied to my email request for full refund and return authorization number by telling me to call their customer service. They just refuse to take care of their mistake. Now, I am just waiting for their return confirmation to send them back their wrong shipment.

  • Payment dispute has been requested to my credit card company. Due to the fact that AJ Richies shipped the wrong item, they should send a paid shipping label, assign a return authorization number without charging any fees for this return. If full refund is offered, I will retract the payment dispute request. Thank you!
