This company is related to ordering products over the telephone from the TV (eg. diamond green skillets, etc.) Once the company gets ahold of your credit card numbers, first they never send you the item you order, then they charge your charge card a monthly fee $24.95 until you figure it out for what they call "an internet opportunity for coupons". Once it is disputed, they state that they will send you a form, and that of course you allowed them to withdraw these funds through your telephone conversation which I know is a lie because my husband would never authorize $24.95 for coupons on the internet when he doesn't even know how to turn the computer on. They told me they will send a dispute form and a copy of the recorded conversation, but I am not holding my breath. My bank has sent a dispute thru the AG. This company's telephone number should you wish to chew them out yourself is 1-800-916-6743.
