Started from August 2012, my phone bill was increased. I didn't realize the charge was from a company called TruboTax for the service I never ordered. Although the company said that they received authorization, but it was complete a lie. Why did I need a service I don't even know what is that for? My Tax was done in April, why do I want to pay $9.99 a month since August? The record said that I bought the service at 4 O'clock AM. Anyone will believe that I just get up so early in the morning to just buy that service I will never use? All these proved that this is a fraud. I want my $9.99 x 5 back. So far the company agreed to pay me back 3 months charges, but I want all my money back.
