Beware do not deal with this company. Had taken out this warranty to cover my satellite dish , reciever etc. When trying to make a claim this year 2011 the contact number 0844 3350509 is still manned by a Luke Galvin who promises much but nothing has ever materialised. Checked on Companies House web on reg. number doesnt look like they are trading still. Whether they are or not do not deal with. I have not recieved any call backs & have stayed in to many times awaiting an engineer !? Also called EDS UK LTd , warranty says they are based in Portsmouth.
