Purchased free trial for $3.95 got charged for it..never received email confirmation about it..should of had a red flag then.. In Dec. 23 2012 got billed 99.99 for something I NEVER authorized!! Tried calling keep getting automated system that says please hold..not for 15min?? Called back and get same reply..16x's WOW!! Filed dispute with bank..who knows what can happen?? Hope I get my money back>:[
