AT&T's phone bill is so complex I finally spreadsheeted to understand my charges. I found 11 months of Bullroarer charges on one phone and 3 months of charges on the second phone. I called AT&T to understand the charges. They referred me to MBlox who then referred me to Bullroarer. I requested both numbers be black listed. AT&T refuned me $20. No refunds for Bullroarer.
