This company is a fraud $30 was taken from my account for a application fee that I know nothing about. I have requested that these funds be refunded back into my account immediately.
The check was dated for 12/24/12. I have never been on or to their website or applied for a loan through their company, and these funds were taken without my knowledge and consent.
When I called I was given the run around and told that the $30 could not be refunded back to me, and given a cancellation number and told that if I wanted to know more information to log into my account (of which I do not have). I do not have a login or a password.
I am obtaining legal assistance and forwarding this information to my attorney, as well as fraud and police authorities.
I have asked if someone could provide me with paperwork that I signed or submitted online, and have yet to receive that information.
This company is trying to force you into a payday loan. The only thing that bothers me is that they are ripping people off everywhere like this.
