Identified as from Green Savings Enterprises- a financial planning company that assist with debt reduction

1. Save $2500 interest and finance charges

4. 0- out-of-pocket expense
5. Said approve with citi bank to transfer up to $5,200 of my balance and with my approval they would do transfer this was for a 0% interest rate- with expiration of plan they would renegotiate with citi bank to maintain 0% or they would transfer to another account that will maintain me at a 0% interest

1. Called questioning why payment was stopped for Martinez & Assoc
Reported did not recognize Martinez & Assoc on credit card and did a stop payment
Charged canceled on my credit card 5/5/2012
2. Explained mix up with Stacey Green and Michelle informed me that she no longer worked for this company- and she misinformed me of the co. name
3. Re-instated the charges to my chase account with Martinez & Assoc being identified as a financial planning firm – 7/4/12
4. Similar exp as with Stacey Green– no action taken- f/u call leaving multiple messages- contact made as of 7/21/2012
5. Stacey Green (“who no longer worked for Martinez & Assoc.”) received my call stating that she was handling all Michelle’s messages due to away- family emerg.
6. Michelle called back week of 7/23/12 stated would not be back in the office following week & would f/u & give me a call
7. 8/1/2012- nothing- called left message
8. 8/18- contact with Michelle, finally made said would call back 8/19 with a status of my account
9. Nothing- called 9/14 left message
10. 9/21/12- Michelle called back with transfer being complete- - notification from Citi Bank but with an 1.999% APR- Confirmation letter received documenting transfer & in letter also states not only a higher interest than what I agreed to but being charged a transfer fee in the amount of 3% the transferred amount.
11. 9/27 Received call from Nick from Martinez & Assoc. request email to send confirmation of transaction from Martinez & Assoc- 702-870-8900
12. 9/29- nothing received
13. Called and left message with michelle x2- no return call as of current 9/30
14. 9/29- contacted Chase and spoke with a rep. from the appeals dept- sending paperwork to file to contest the charge to Martinez & Assoc. of $994.51

16. Week of 9/24/12- Another representative from Martinez & Assoc. called- totally represented self as calling to pursue moving forward on my contract. I expressed that I will not be pursuing any business with them now or in the future. Informed this rep. of my experience. She was very apologetic and expressed has never heard of any negative experiences from customers from this company and sorry for my situation and conversation was end with understanding why I will be discontinuing.
17. Week- 10/01/12- Received message on home phone from Michelle- Due to many changes in contracts a refund will be pursued- call her back to discuss how this will occur
18. As of 10/08/12- zero refund has occurred .
19. 10/8/12 - Dispute mailed to Chase
20. Michelle left message re: going ahead and refunding me my money
21. Chase called verifying info. on dispute form and to verify that there was no signed contract

Referenced to an account they set up for me through citi bank at 0% interest- inaccurate it was – it was at 1.99%23. 11/2/12 Response to my contact- Michael Hall Text- “I’ll check status on your refund & will close out & cancel issued credit card by us”
24. 11/8/12 Response to my contact- Michael Hall Text- “Refunded my end- let’s see what happens- you should of kept my 0% card (I did not want another credit card no less at 1.99%- never received 0% on anything) this is what happens when banks get involved verses us handling it ourselves- live and learn” Last contact made with this company
