Ordered Nikon SB-910 from Lens Team. I selected credit card payment option but was told that their credit card processing was down and I could pay by COD. I was unaware that UPS would not allow me to check the accuracy of my order and I had to hand over the money order first. After opening my package I found a Sigma EL-610. I have emailed and called numerous times and have not gotten any response to remedy the situation. I believe this company uses UPS COD policy to scam customers.

- Its funny that I have not received any emails of phone calls from this company and today when I logged into my account on there website they have removed my order and all records that shows that I have emailed them. Do they believe that we would not save a PDF of our receipt and copies of emails sent. I would recommend the others that have had problems with this company check to see if there information has been delete as well.

- I'm so thankful that I found this site. Exact same set of facts here, but I saw these complaints and refused the UPS package instead of handing over my money order. I also told the UPS guy about these people and he said he'd report it. My account has also been removed from the site.
