I was on Facebook, and saw an advertisement for a one day sale for Ugg Austrailia. I ordered three pairs of boots, later to find out that they are counterfeit. I filed a claim with Bank of America. They told me to ship the boots back. Went to UPS, and it was going to cost me $200 to ship them back. My account was charged $286 for these "cheap" boots. Now I can only hope that BOA will honor my claim.
