I ordered a Patriots jersey from what appeared to be an official site. Received a weirdly worded confirmation email, with no contact information. Then a few days later I received another email saying the merchandise was out of stock and had no further shipment date. Again, no way to get in touch with them. Sent an email back to them asking for a refund - they said they would give me one. Still haven't seen it.
