On 12/14/2012 I used my Debit card on their web sight to order a jacket. The payment was withdrawn from my account on 12/15/2012. I did get a conformation #. No Jacket arrived,I had to send 30 E-Mails before I got 1 reply.All it said was "check with your bank" 10 more E-Mails giving them dates,times,amount and the reply was "your payment did not go through". 10 more E-Mails to them telling them yes it did giving them dates,times, etc. reply was"please recheck with your bank" Funny thing they have never asked for proof from my bank,even after I told them I knew they were not in New York they were in Beijing and that is where my payment went also their we sight was the only place I used my debit card on. After this they have not replied to any of my E-Mails. They also use www.nortfaceoutletclearence.us and at least two different E-Mail address northfaceoutletclearance.us [email protected] and www.northsfaceclearance.net [email protected]
