hi there i paid 97.00 to an online site , which i thought was legit, the site stating ghd retail website, i ordered a ghd straightener on 20/12/2012 , i went in to pay, and tried to use a mastercard which it didnt except and then stated only visas, so i changed the card to a visa, i got to the processing part which kept coming up fail2 ,so i thought the money wasnt going through, i rang the bank and they had taken money out , i received no confirmation or nothing stating it was purchased and have received nothing to this day, they ended up taking 101.00 altogether, i ordered it for my daughters christmas present , as i dont have alot of money, i was looking for some help as to how to get the money back, so i can purchase her another one, i would appreciate any support, thankyou
