I ordered a pair of advertised "UGG" boots for a Christmas present on 12/4/12. Their site said that if they were ordered by 12/10, that they would arrive by 12/21/12. They were never delivered as of 12/25/12. I asked for a full refund but was only offered store credit. I do not wish to buy from this company ever again. I demand a full refund in the original form of payment.
